Clive Wismayer is a sole practioner of his own firm, but since he is a specialist in litigation matters in particular, he provides consultancy services to the practice of Peacock & Co in that capacity.

Clare Veal is a consultant solicitor who specialises in IP/IT. She has a LLB Hons in Business Law and a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice. Clare has spent time in industry prior to joining Peacock & Co in 2008, and is able to offer concise, commercial advice on various IP/ IT/ e-commerce and media issues. Clare was formerly European Legal Counsel with Electronic Arts Limited and advised on a variety of computer games development and publishing agreements.
