Conveyancing Team

Zoé Bage originally joined Peacock & Co in 1999, but was subsequently attracted to the bright lights of a property firm in Mayfair in 2001 where she took on an active role within their conveyancing department. Zoé rejoined Peacock & Co in 2003, working as a Conveyancing Manager and now has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include lease extensions and purchase of freehold reversions.

Her experience lies in dealing swiftly and efficiently in property transactions, and applying a common sense approach to problem solving.

Kim Barrett has worked for solicitors for over 30 years – both in Wimbledon and in Central London – Kim has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a wide variety of residential conveyancing as well as probate work. Kim's friendly and practical approach, together with her sense of humour is greatly appreciated by her Clients.

Maria Quinn Maria joined Peacock & Co in 2006 working as Secretary and has a key role as the person responsible for managing the logistical requirements of the firm.

She also works alongside Anthony Penna dealing with Commercial Property, Kim Peacock, with her Wills and Probate and Zoe Bage with her Residential Property. Maria’s main interest is in property and she is currently studying towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.
