John Peacock, senior partner, has wide experience in the areas of the firm’s practice and is particularly sought after for his strategic approach to commercial and property matters. As well as involvement with the primary commercial issues that are referred to the firm, he also has a caseload of high value matrimonial matters. As a further facet of his work, he has had successful outcomes on behalf of clients with regard to tax settlements with HMRC.

Kim Peacock (no relation to the senior partner) heads up the private client section and undertakes all matters connected with Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, estate administration, powers of attorney and mental capacity issues. Kim is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section.

In addition Kim is experienced in the full range of employment law issues and she regularly advises both employers and employees.

Anthony Penna was previously the principal of his own practice, which he established after many years in senior in-house legal positions with large quoted companies. Anthony is experienced in corporate and property matters.

Anthony has lived in the Village since 1980’s and has extensive contacts within the Professional Community.
