The firm was initially established in 1988 to meet the needs of a property development company that was looking for specialist skills that John Peacock, the senior partner, was able to provide. The practice subsequently outgrew that client’s needs and expanded its areas of expertise into two core areas, company and commercial work and commercial property work for businesses and residential conveyancing and family/private client work for individuals. On the corporate side our current growth areas are in information technology, intellectual property and company secretarial services, while for private clients our family law practice is experiencing rapid growth.

Our client base is a mixture of businesses and individuals, drawn from throughout England & Wales. We also have a number of international clients, and have good contacts with overseas law firms.
