Dimple is a senior associate solicitor in the family law department. She has considerable experience in advising on issues following marriage breakdown including divorce, separation, matrimonial finances, arrangements for children and personal protection injunctions. She also advises on cohabitation agreements and financial provision for unmarried couples.
Dimple has particular expertise in advising on financial settlements on divorce and acts for clients with both modest and high value assets. She also advises parents on child arrangements, specific issue and prohibited steps orders and relocation abroad. She aims to reach a negotiated settlement wherever possible but is also very experienced in dealing with contested court proceedings.
Dimple is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. She aims to provide clear and practical advice with a focus on early settlement.
Dimple read law at City University, London and undertook the Legal Practice Course at the Inns of Court School of Law.
She has specialised in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, working for firms in south London and Surrey.
In her spare time, Dimple enjoys keeping fit, travel, theatre and the arts.
