Sue Fairbairn

“BCSA Union was formed in 2011. I have known Susan Fairbairn for many years prior to this date. As General Secretary Susan was the first person I contacted to make sure our union had professional legal back up for our members. During which time we have worked together on many different and sometimes difficult cases, which include unfair dismissals, discrimination cases and many different points of law that our members needed. Susan has always made herself available even when she is not on duty which leaves us feeling confident that we can get the employment law advice when we need it.”
