We are currently seeking one trainee solicitor. Our training contracts offer exposure to contentious and non-contentious work. Whilst the successful candidate’s wishes will be taken into account, seats will be determined by business needs. The first seat will be within the Family department, so a keen interest in Family Law is essential.
As well as a minimum 2:1 degree (not necessarily in Law), and good results in the GDL (if required) and the LPC, we also look for strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a rounded personality.
Organisational and IT skills are essential.
The working environment is friendly and supportive, and trainees are given exposure to a range of matters in each seat and good quality work. In return, our trainees are expected to take responsibility for their career, doing what it takes to ensure that their knowledge and competence develops over the two years.
To apply, please send Karen Webbe a covering letter and full CV at email@example.com, or contact her for more information.
