Solicitor/Associate – Commercial Property – Wimbledon
We are seeking a solicitor to work in our commercial property team, to support the partner in the growth of the department. The work includes a mixture of grants and assignments of leases, sales and purchases, property finance, options and development matters, and independent legal advice matters. Corporate/commercial experience would be an advantage (but not essential).
The candidate needs to be sufficiently experienced to manage their own caseload, so we envisage that they will have 3 PQE as a minimum. However, candidates with more experience may be considered, and any following would be a bonus.
Organisational, communication and IT skills are essential, as is a high standard of client care.

The ideal candidate will have a legal background with specific experience in wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts and Court of Protection and should be able to work without supervision. STEP membership would be an advantage.
