Mustafa is a solicitor in the residential property team. He specialises in residential sales and purchases. This includes, but is not limited to, freehold and leasehold matters, Help to Buy assisted transactions, new build, shared ownership and Right to Buy.

Mustafa has a strong interest in complex leasehold matters where deed of variations and lease extensions may be required.

Clients have referred to Mustafa as polite, communicative, responsive and precise in his advice.

Mustafa Studied Law at Nottingham Trent University and completed his Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, Oxford. He qualified as a solicitor in 2014.

From 2010, Mustafa has worked at large nationwide firms and boutique practices. Before Joining Peacock & Co, Mustafa was working at the biggest conveyancing practice in the country.

  • Acting on and drafting a new lease for a refurbished property converted into two flats.
  • Correcting a lease to include a loft conversion in order to sell on a probate matter.
  • Assisting a client in acquiring a multi-million pound property deal where the freehold plan had to be amended to include land from a neighbour before sale.
  • Completing the joint acquisition of a freehold by four leaseholders to include a lower floor commercial space that was then sold on.

Mustafa Lives in Walton on Thames. He enjoys playing cricket and is a keen cyclist, twice completing RideLondon for The Children’s Trust. He also enjoys travelling and speaks a small amount Japanese, having lived and studied overseas for three years.
