Katherine Carroll

“Katherine was very helpful and understanding in dealing with my husband’s estate. She always responded promptly to emails and provided useful advice throughout. Granting probate took longer than expected, but that was due to the impact of lockdown on the various organisations which she had to deal with, some of which were slow in replying to her queries. On a few occasions I dealt with staff on reception, who were also very helpful. Overall both I and my brother (who was an executor) were very impressed with your service.”
