Kim joined Peacock & Co in 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.  She became a partner in 2007 and managing partner in 2017.

Kim specialises in probate and administration of high value or complex estates, and also Wills and tax planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.

Kim is known for administering a wide variety of complex estates sensitively and efficiently, including post-death inheritance tax savings.

Kim has extensive experience administering estates with assets in other jurisdictions, recently including Tobago, Bermuda, Switzerland, Spain, France, Ireland, Iceland and the USA.

In addition, Kim is an experienced attorney under Lasting Powers of Attorney, assisting many clients and their families with decision-making and procedures sensitively at a time when mental capacity issues can cause complexities.

Kim is a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section.

Kim has been an active supporter of St Raphael’s Hospice for many years, having raised thousands for their amazing cause and has previously worked with Contact the Elderly.

Kim enjoys theatre, live music, travelling and skiing, and spending as much time with her family and friends enjoying all the above.
