Tatjana is an experienced solicitor in the Family team and deals with all areas of family law including children matters, injunctions, nuptial agreements, as well as divorce and financial matters.
Tatjana has experience of working with high net worth clients and cross-jurisdiction matters. She has a special interest in children issues and surrogacy law. Tatjana has undertaken several courses on surrogacy law including a course run by Harvard University.
Clients appreciate Tatjana’s client-focused approach and her empathy and support to clients going through challenging and stressful times.
Tatjana studied Business and Information Technology at Kingston University. After working in IT for a number of years, as an IT consultant and website developer, she took the decision to return to university and obtain a law degree. Tatjana graduated with a Commendation in the Graduate Diploma in Law, and with a Commendation in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
Tatjana trained at a high street firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, and worked at a large London firm before joining Peacock & Co in August 2022.
Tatjana’s career highlights include:
- Acting for clients in high-value divorce cases.
- Acting for a client in a complex dispute over family land, involving trusts and beneficial ownership.
- Acting for clients in international relocation cases, involving children, both for and against.
- Obtaining injunctions in cases which involved serious domestic abuse, and coercive/controlling behaviour.

Tatjana lives near Wimbledon, with her family. She has two daughters who are both at university. Tatjana was born in Italy, and grew up in the Middle East, going to school in Saudi Arabia for a period of time. She enjoys travelling, eating out and going to the theatre.
