Introducing fixed-fee family services

We now offer fixed-fee services for family matters including cohabitation agreements, prenuptials and divorce applications.

Family law advice at a fixed-fee

One of the biggest concerns about seeking legal support for family matters is costs and, understandably, how these will be met. Financial settlements on divorce and children matters can often prove complex, and more costly if they proceed to court. But for more straightforward services, including cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptials and divorce applications, the Family team are pleased to offer fixed-fee services, available to new clients..

Foremost, our service is to respond to personal circumstances with sound and sensitive advice, towards the best possible outcome. For matters that fall outside of our fixed-fee packages, we offer an initial consultation, in person at our Wimbledon or Epsom offices, or via video call, for £250 + VAT.

If you would like more information or simply to discuss your own situation, please contact the Family team or call 020 8944 5290.
