Sue is a consultant solicitor, helping individuals and businesses with all employment issues. She provides clear and direct advice.
For employees, this includes exit packages and settlement agreements, as well as dealing with unfair dismissal, grievances, redundancy and discrimination, including maternity matters. Mindful of what is often a stressful time, she has a sympathetic and practical approach in looking at the best options.
For employers, she helps with restructuring and redundancies, underperformance or misconduct and day-to-day employment issues. Advising businesses from start-ups to established companies in a range of sectors, Sue helps with all types of contracts, incentive and bonus schemes, handbooks and protections against ex-employees damaging the business and advises on training staff in best practice.
Sue studied law at the University of Warwick. She worked in major central London law firms as a litigator, before specialising in employment law. She was a partner in a niche employment practice prior to joining Peacock & Co as a consultant. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Sue studies history of art and enjoys playing tennis, book club and her family. She lives locally and was a magistrate for many years.
