“I was put in touch with Sue Fairbairn who handled my dispute with my firm that rattled on for some weeks. During that time her advice, wise counsel and well-constructed correspondence created a compelling case which was ultimately brought to a favourable conclusion.”

“BCSA Union was formed in 2011. I have known Susan Fairbairn for many years prior to this date. As General Secretary, Susan was the first person I contacted to make sure our union had professional legal back up for our members. During which time we have worked together on many different and sometimes difficult cases. Susan has always made herself available even when she is not on duty which leaves us feeling confident that we can get the employment law advice when we need it.”

“Peacock & Co. and Sue Fairbairn were excellent, professional and friendly in providing expert advice on complicated employment matters. They helped make a complex situation easier and I would turn to Peacock & Co again for any urgent matter requiring expert legal assistance.”
